La seule différence entre l'administrateur et le membre à part entière est le paiement de la cotisation annuelle (voir le tableau des droits d'accès des membres ci-dessous).

Il existe plusieurs cas dans lesquels vous pouvez souhaiter modifier la fonction d'administrateur.

CAS 1: Vous souhaitez échanger les rôles avec un membre de votre groupe.

CAS 2: Propriété vendue ou vous n'êtes plus impliqué.

Option A :

Si la personne que vous souhaitez nommer administrateur de la propriété est déjà membre d'une quelconque catégorie, la première étape consiste à la supprimer en tant que membre de cette propriété, car il n'est pas possible que l'administrateur et un membre à part entière utilisent la même adresse électronique ou le même nom d'utilisateur.

Pour ce faire, connectez-vous à sharedkey.com, accédez à votre profil, sélectionnez \"Propriétés\" dans le menu déroulant, puis, pour chaque propriété, accédez à \"Membres\" et supprimez ce membre des propriétés.

La deuxième étape consiste à modifier les détails de votre profil. Pour ce faire, cliquez sur le nom de votre profil et sélectionnez \"Mon profil\" dans le menu déroulant.

Dans la page Modifier le profil, vous pourrez modifier tous les détails pertinents, à savoir le nom, le numéro de téléphone, l'adresse électronique/le nom d'utilisateur du nouvel administrateur, ainsi qu'un mot de passe auquel il pourra se connecter (et qu'il pourra sans doute modifier par la suite). Voir les captures d'écran ci-dessous.

Vous pouvez ensuite supprimer votre mode de paiement par carte de crédit pour les renouvellements automatiques en allant sur Abonnement dans la page Facturation et abonnement et en cliquant sur "Annuler l'abonnement".

Cela aura pour effet de supprimer votre méthode de paiement de renouvellement automatique du compte. Remarque : le compte restera actif jusqu'à la date d'expiration. Une fois que le nouvel administrateur s'est connecté, il peut aller sur la page Facturation et abonnement pour chaque propriété et mettre à jour les comptes de ces propriétés avec les détails de leur carte de crédit pour activer le prochain renouvellement.

Option B :

Connectez-vous sur sharedkey.com, allez sur votre nom de profil, sélectionnez \"Propriétés\" dans le menu déroulant, puis sélectionnez et confirmez \"Supprimer la propriété\". Votre profil de paiement par carte de crédit pour ces comptes sera automatiquement annulé et vous ne serez plus débité. Vous conserverez votre adresse e-mail / nom d'utilisateur pour SharedKey mais vous n'aurez plus de propriétés associées à votre compte jusqu'à ce que vous ajoutiez une propriété, que vous soyez ajouté en tant que membre, ou que vous soyez invité en tant qu'invité.
